When I was little, one of the few shows I was allowed to watch was Veggie Tales. My mom kept a box full of papers with confidential information on them in our coat closet. Once per month she would burn them in the fireplace. The story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego feels delicately intertwined in my memories of watching her burn paper in the fire. Sometimes if I was lucky, she would let me roast a marshmallow.
